Mailtech was launched in 1986 by current directors, Peter Chilcott and Andrew Whittaker. By meeting a growing demand for professional direct mail services, the company quickly established itself as an efficient and reliable supplier to the industry, gaining awards and accolades for its customer-focused service. Mailtech has continued to grow and evolve into a comprehensive direct marketing support services company.

City Ruling -

The City Ruling Company is the second oldest printing company in Peterborough. Until Lithographic printing technology arrived in the 1960's 'Ruling' was the original method used to print lines onto paper to create accounts ledgers. This was done by passing the paper through a machine that held a bank of pens, fed by ink, which dripped down a wick to the nib.

The company was founded in the 1950's and had been run by the Goodman family from 1962 until their retirement in November 2000. Peter Chilcott & Andrew Whittaker, of Mailtech (UK) Ltd, were pleased to buy the company and keep it trading under its original name.
